Description
Canadian buns.
Dough
Milk 200 ml + yeast 16 gr or fresh 50 gr.
3 tablespoons of sugar + eggs 3 + salt,
creamy 200 g.,,
+ flour 5 glasses (!)
Cream for lubricating cakes - butter 150 g., Sugar 150 g, vanillin.
I like to sprinkle with nuts, poppy seeds, cottage cheese, raisins ...
Make buns and set to rise for 2 hours. Bake for 15-20 minutes - 180 temperature.
